I made these yummy ziplock Omelets today and they are so easy to make.
Put 2 (no more than 2 eggs in a ziplock bag) and shake them up. Then add any ingredients you want in your omelet like cheese, green pepper, hash browns, tomatoes, onions, ham, bacon, etc. Take out all the air in the bag and zip it up and shake all the ingredients together. Put the ziplock omelet in rolling boiling water and keep it in there for13 min exactly. When you take it out it will roll out of the bag easily. If you want to do multiple bags use a large pot.
